These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Cadence, a content-planning tool operated by AnytimeSeva. By creating an account or using Cadence, you agree to these Terms. If you use Cadence on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms for it.

Description of the service

Cadence helps businesses research topics, plan content, generate drafts and images, and publish content to connected websites and social or e-commerce accounts. Some features use automated or AI-assisted services. Generated content is provided as a starting point and should be reviewed for accuracy, suitability, and compliance before you publish it.

Your responsibilities

• Provide information that is accurate and that you have the right to provide.
• Keep your sign-in access and connected-platform permissions secure.
• Review generated content and confirm that it is accurate, lawful, and appropriate before publishing.
• Use Cadence only for lawful purposes and in accordance with the rules of connected platforms.
• Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access another user's data.

Your content and connected accounts

You retain your rights in the business information and content you provide to Cadence. You grant us the limited permission needed to process that information and operate the service for you. When you connect a publishing platform, you authorize Cadence to take the actions you request through the permissions you approve. You are responsible for having the necessary rights and permissions for content you publish.

Account termination

You may stop using Cadence at any time and may disconnect connected platforms from your dashboard. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, misuse the service, or if continued access would create a security or legal risk. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue. Sections that should reasonably survive termination, including limitations of liability and outstanding obligations, will continue to apply.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Cadence is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the service, generated content, integrations, or publishing connections will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AnytimeSeva will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages arising from your use of Cadence. You remain responsible for reviewing content and actions taken through connected accounts.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as Cadence changes. If a change is material, we will update the date above and provide notice through the service or by email where appropriate. Your continued use of Cadence after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
