Cadence ("Cadence," "we," "us") is a content-planning tool operated by AnytimeSeva. It helps a business plan, generate, and publish content - blog posts and social captions - across their own website and connected social/e-commerce accounts. This policy explains what information Cadence collects, how it is used, who it is shared with, and how you can request its deletion.
We use the information above to:
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it to serve ads.
Cadence relies on the following third-party services to do the things described above. Each only receives the data it needs to perform its specific function:
We do not share your information with any other third party except as required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Cadence, our users, or others.
Cadence uses a single, strictly-necessary session cookie to keep you signed in. It is not used for advertising, tracking, or analytics, and it is removed when you sign out. We do not use any third-party tracking or analytics cookies.
We retain your account, business, and content data for as long as your account is active, so you can keep using and referring back to your content history. If you disconnect a publishing platform (e.g. Instagram or LinkedIn), we delete the stored access token for that connection immediately. Keyword and trend research data is cached to avoid redundant third-party API calls but is not tied to you personally.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data - including your account, connected platform tokens, and generated content - at any time by emailing faridiameed5@gmail.com. Because Cadence uses passwordless, one-time-code sign-in rather than traditional accounts, there is no self-service password reset or account-deletion flow in the product yet - deletion requests are handled directly by the team, and we will confirm once your data has been removed.
You can also disconnect any connected platform (Instagram, LinkedIn, or Shopify) yourself at any time from the Connections page in your dashboard, which immediately revokes Cadence's stored access to that account.
Access tokens for connected platforms and all account data are stored in our database and are only accessible to authenticated requests for your own account. We use industry-standard providers (Cloudflare, and our database host) for infrastructure and transmit data over encrypted connections.
Cadence is a business tool and is not directed at, or knowingly used by, children under 13.
If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of Cadence after a change means you accept the updated policy.
